I am a postdoctoral researcher with the Bioinformatics Lab at UQAM, under the supervision of prof. Abdoulaye Diallo.
My current research focuses on leveraging machine learning applications in animal and agricultural sciences to support improvement of cow welfare and optimization of dairy farming practices.
I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science from UQAM, specializing in machine learning and bioinformatics, during which I held both an NSERC Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarship and a FRQNT Doctoral research scholarship.
I earned my Master's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, specializing in natural language processing methods for biomedical text classification, during which I held a MITACS Accelerate fellowship.
